My Policyholder Number / Account Number is not recognised?
There are a number of reasons why your Policyholder Number / Account Number may not be recognised. Please make sure that you are typing it in and please make sure you have read any instructions contained underneath the Policyholder Number / Account Number on the Registration Page.
